Can that be true?

It is. The Freedom of Reproductive Choice Act of January 2022 allows abortion

at any stage of pregnancy for any reason. The law requires neither a waiting
period nor parental notification or consent for minor children. It extends protection
to any out of state traveler seeking abortion.

Further, on July 1 when the Assembly tabled the vote on Fairness in Women’s
Sports, the Assembly decided to vote for a travel advisory website to alert
pregnant travelers against visiting US states that have enacted protections for
unborn children.

 

We advocate for ALL women. We will direct the budget for Planned
Parenthood—which has quadrupled since Murphy’s reign — to be shared with
pregnancy centers for pre- and post-natal care, as well as adoption services. We
support women in having access to ALL resources, and making them affordable,
when confronted with undesired pregnancy.
